You can get an accessible toilet key also known as RADAR keys from DIAL (LEEDS). They come in two different sizes; both are around 9-10 cm (4”) long but one has a large tab for people who would find that easier to grip.
Each key costs £3 if collected from our office or £4 if supplied by post (second class).
An accessible toilets in Leeds factsheet is available via the Information Prescriptions link.
You can download an order form for RADAR keys from here. Either print it and send it to us in the post or contact us if you need one to be sent to you.
You can apply for a Blue Badge by phoning the Leeds City Council Contact Centre on 0113 222 4401 (option 1) or online at www.gov.uk/apply-blue-badge.
